However, component availability may fluctuate. We reserve the right to substitute internal components with equivalent or higher performance components if the listed component is unavailable, without prior notice.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter.

Products purchased from OrcaPC are subject to our standard hardware warranty policy, which covers defects in materials and workmanship. The specific terms, durations, and conditions of this warranty are provided separately at the time of purchase and are accessible via our Warranty & Support portal. These Terms of Service primarily govern the use of the website and general commerce.

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

As a user of the Site, you agree not to:
